"Royal Pacific Resort-Orlando - We stayed here April 6-April 9th.We have always enjoyed the Loews Resorts,and what seemed to be a beautiful place,soon turned ugly.This started after we got home from the trip.We drove straight to Florida,and straight home.We stayed at only the Royal Pacific.I experienced bites on my torso and ankles the second night there,but thought they were from mosquitoes.When we returned home,we brought back with us,Bed Bugs! Gross and disgusting,these awful bugs ate on our family for weeks!We had to throw away bedding,clothing,and deal with paranoia of being attacked,even after they were gone.My wife still wants to replace the carpet in the bedrooms.Thank god we have hard wood floors in the rest of the house! Royal Pacific management,No Help! Basically accused us of bringing them in with us,total nonsense!Will not refund the 4 night stay.
We are extremely disappointed with Royal Pacific and their response,we are now awaiting a response from Loews Corporate. This was a horrific experience."
